Arlise Carson, CEO
25-year Veteran Educator, former NYS superintendent, and author Arlise Carson is an exemplary educational strategist whose skill sets produce excellent learning environments, highly defined expectations, student and personnel growth, and desired academic outcomes. Arlise believes success is always preceded by the 3Cs, which are care, communication, and collaboration. She has a proven track record that reflects her professional integrity, love for all children, and capacity to successfully work with all student populations.
Through her expertise in developing systemic sustainability, educational leaders, curriculum and instructional planning tools, Arlise Carson has significantly impacted student and teacher success. Her work has resulted in increased graduation rates, pedagogical excellence, student proficiency, retention and attendance, and school-community partnerships, demonstrating the tangible results of her strategies.
As a former campus principal and assistant superintendent, Arlise understands the daily challenges schools face and believes there is always a solvable approach through consistent collaboration, communication, and strategic planning with implementation. Her motto is “Excellence is acquired by choice, never by chance” and each day, she strives to make this every school’s reality.
